Great location, very close to the city centre and transport. Spacious room, old fashioned decor, but clean and comfortable. We were also allowed to check in early and that was much appreciated! The breakfast buffet was nice and fresh with very tasty scrambled eggs and a choice of cakes.

The big advantage of this hotel is certainly the location, strictly the tourist centre of Vienna. A nice amenity for sure was the air conditioning in the room, which was a lifesaver in hot weather. Good breakfasts for sure - a very big advantage as well

We had a large, clean standard double room. The bed was very comfortable and it is the quietest hotel room we have ever had, enabling a good sleep. Breakfast more geared towards continental. Staff in the breakfast area were excellent and friendly. The hotel location was great, approximately a 15 minute walk to St Stephen's Cathedral and only a 5 minute walk to the metro.

We came at night, it was very important for us that we met nice and helpful staff 24/7. Large clean room, with high sealing, good bed, clean bathroom with all we needed. Very quite street in the heart of inner city. Everything is so close- just few minutes of walking- supermarkets, beautiful park, bridges, Domkirche St. Stephan, Wien Mitte. Breakfast was very good and tasty, with friendly staff- cakes, pancakes or crepes, great variety of bread, cheese, ham, fruits, yogurts, nicely decorated dining room The atmosphere is very welcoming, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The Hotel is extremely clean, also the mattress was so comfy, I slept extremely well! There was a topper on the mattress which is totally awesome!! Pristine bathroom, they changed my towels in between the stay, staff is friendly and ready to satisfy requests. Breakfast was fulfilling and the options were great, I would recommend adding more vegan options though. The location is 10/10, definitely coming back next time I’m gonna be in Vienna!!

It was the second time I've stayed in this hotel. The position is great- quiet & small street located 5 min. walk of the center and 10 min. From the Mitte and beautiful park. Romantic little bar Dragon with live jazz music- just beside the corner and cozy bar in the other side of the building. The room is not large ( I booked a single room) but well occupited, everything is clean and good maintaned. Air conditioner works great. Breakfast is rich and tasty, with food varieties of food.

The staff was very accommodating. For example, I needed to keep my child's medication cold, and they were happy to let us use the staff refrigerator. Also, my son is a musician. They permitted him to practice in the restaurant seating area during off hours. We truly appreciated this.

Amazing location, 5 min walk to Stephensplatz. Big spacious rooms with huge windows that let in a lot of natural light. Great air conditioning! Breakfast was good as well, plenty of options. Bed was clean and comfortable

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The location was excellent for visiting the city and its attractions as well as transport facilities.

I booked via booking 1 night , but before that stayed for 5 nights - The room is furnushed and decorated in old retro style with the atmosphere of old town ,bathroom equiped with a lot of goods of you needs. Very clean hotel. A rich breakfast has a lot of varieties , good quality of the food and was very tasty. The staff very friendly and ready to help. Perfect location!!- you can easy reach by foot any of place of interest. 1 minute from the hotel stands Twin Liner , which you can use to reach Bratislava via Danube. If you visit Vienna for the work/meeting - also you can easy to reach Vienna Messe. Definitely reccomended.I am sure, that when i come back to Vienna i will come back to this hotel.
